AVEN does not request or process name, phone number, email, payment details, or other identifying information unless explicitly required for a specific operation.

Telegram authorization may be used to sign in to the Service.

When authorizing via Telegram, AVEN receives only the following data provided by Telegram:

• user avatar;
• Telegram user id.

Data received via Telegram authorization is used solely to identify your account, display your profile, and provide access to AVEN functionality.

AVEN does not use this data for profiling, targeted advertising, or sharing with third parties for marketing purposes.

AVEN does not sell or share user data with third parties, except when necessary for the Service (e.g. Telegram infrastructure during authorization) or when required by law.

AVEN takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access.

Data retention is limited to the period necessary for account operation and fulfilling obligations to the user.

You may delete your account and all related data at any time.

After deleting your account through the AVEN app, your data will be fully removed from the AVEN platform.

Continued use of the Service after an updated version is published means acceptance of the new version.
