This Refund Policy governs the refund process for services provided by AVEN.

By making a payment and using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept this policy.

Refunds are available no later than 5 (five) calendar days from the date the service was provided.

This period is considered sufficient to test the Service and evaluate whether it meets your needs.

Refund requests received after 5 (five) calendar days from the date the service was provided may be rejected.

After 5 (five) calendar days from the date the service was provided, AVEN reserves the right not to issue a refund for the service provided.

This is because the service is considered delivered and the user was given sufficient time to test it.

Exceptions apply only where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

To request a refund, contact AVEN support through available communication channels.

Your request must include your account identifier, payment date, and reason for the refund.

AVEN will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.

AVEN may deny a refund if:

• more than 5 (five) calendar days have passed since the service was provided;
• there was abuse of the refund terms or Service policy;
• the service was used in violation of the user agreement;
• the request lacks information required to identify the payment.

If approved, refunds are issued using the same payment method, unless technically or legally impossible.

Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take from several days to several weeks.

AVEN may update this Refund Policy. The current version is always available on this page.

The new version applies to payments made after publication, unless otherwise required by law.
