User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the use of the AVEN service (the "Service").

By downloading the AVEN app or using the Service, you confirm that you have read this agreement, the privacy policy, and agree to the refund policy of AVEN.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the Service and must not install the app.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

AVEN does not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations, operate without errors, or be available at all times.

We may change functionality, interface, pricing, and technical parameters without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

AVEN is not responsible for uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation of the Service and related infrastructure.

Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party actions, provider restrictions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond AVEN's reasonable control.

You understand and accept that connection quality and stability may depend on many factors, including your internet connection, device settings, and third-party services.

AVEN is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss, lost profits, service interruptions, or inability to access certain resources arising from use or inability to use the Service.

You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your country when using the Service.

The Service must not be used for activities that violate the law or the rights of third parties.

Payment and refund terms are governed by the AVEN refund policy.

Refunds are available no later than 5 (five) calendar days from the date the service was provided. This period is considered sufficient to test the Service.

After 5 (five) calendar days, AVEN reserves the right to refuse a refund for the service provided, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

AVEN may restrict or terminate access if you violate this agreement, abuse the Service, or for other reasonable grounds.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may also fully delete your account and related data. Instructions are available on the user data deletion page.

AVEN may update this agreement. The current version is always available on this page.

Continued use of the Service after an updated version is published means acceptance of the new version.
